A qualified retrofit assessor estimates EPC potential, visits to confirm, and designs your ideal work package.

Project Management
We act as project manager, end to end.
This includes:
Tenant communications
Managing access
Overseeing contractors
Photographic proof of works
Recertification of EPC

All of this is offered for a construction management fee.
Retrofit design
We draft the detailed scope of work and go to tender to gather competitive bids. We evaluate the bids for you, and help you set up contracts.
You get a 'ready to tender' scope of work, and support in assessing bids, including an independent 'should cost' estimate.
You pay a design fee per property, credited toward the total works package if you go with us as the construction manager.
