What does a Retrofit Coordinator do?

As part of the PAS 2035 process, Retrofit Coordinators are responsible for:

Setting clear Intended Outcomes in collaboration with the client
Carrying out a risk assessment for each dwelling or dwelling type
Developing a detailed retrofit project plan
Creating a medium-term improvement plan for each home – looking ahead up to 30 years
Managing and documenting all progress and data, including contributions from building owners and retrofit stakeholders
