Energy Company Obligation (ECO)
ECO4 for Social Landlords
Eligibility Criteria:

Properties must have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of D, E, F, or G.

Tenants must meet one or more of the following conditions:

Be on means-tested benefits (e.g., Universal Credit, Pension Credit, Housing Benefit, or Income Support).

Have a total household income below £31,000 per year.

Be identified as fuel-poor or vulnerable due to age, disability, or illness (as determined by Ofgem’s guidelines).

Must be a registered social housing provider.
