With extensive experience across private sector digital transformation, he’s focused on building scalable tech that tackles fuel poverty, reduces emissions, and empowers decision-makers to act.

Formerly Managing Director at Osmosis ACD, he brings unmatched experience delivering PAS 2035-compliant retrofit for social housing. Now, with Domna’s tech powering the process, Matt is focused on scaling impact, streamlining delivery, and raising the bar for retrofit.
